1. Information We May Collect From You

• 1.1 Information that you provide when booking a taxi by telephone on 01268 555555.
• 1.2 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website www.abtaxis.co.uk ("our site") or via our app. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site or app, subscribing to our service, posting material, or requesting further services.
• 1.3 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
• 1.4 We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
• 1.5 Details of transactions you carry out through our site, our app, or via telephone and of the fulfilment of your bookings.
• 1.6 Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access. If you use our app, we may collect information stored in the app's contact list with your prior permission.

2. IP Addresses and Device Information

• 2.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
• 2.2 We may collect information about the mobile device you use to access our app, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• 2.3 When you use our app, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display relevant location-based information. We will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set out above, you should turn off the location services settings on your device. 3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site.

If you are a new customer, and where we permit selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.

When you make a booking with us, we may share your personal information (such as your name, pick-up location, and destination) with our employees and drivers who are assigned to fulfil your booking. This is necessary in order to provide the taxi service you have requested. Our employees and drivers are required to keep your personal information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of completing your booking.
