We offer saloon cars (1-4 passengers), estate cars (up to 4 passengers with extra luggage), and minibuses (5-8 passengers). Select the right vehicle for your group and luggage when booking.

Yes. You can pay by card via our app, by card in the vehicle using our chip & pin devices, or by cash. Card payment is also available over the phone. Prepayment by card is required for all airport transfers and any out-of-area pickup.
Yes, but it is included in the price we quote. If your journey uses the Dartford Crossing, the crossing charge is already built into your fixed fare, so there is nothing extra to pay on the day.
Cancellations 24+ hours before the booking time incur no charge. Less than 3 hours before may incur 25% of the quoted price. No-shows after the vehicle is dispatched may incur the full fare.
